We, the Coons, have Contracted with Fox Run
Inc. (a.k.a. "Hollands"), to purchase 13 acres on
Capt'
Haynes Blvd, East of Fox Run is to
provide off lot parking / storage for Fox Run owners, replacing that lost when the
26 acres next door sold for new homes. The eventual ownership of this property,
the involvement of the Fox Ron HOA, and more, are
undefined and open questions at this time. We have prevented others outside of Fox Run from
acquiring this property, and will pursue an outcome
from these efforts that benefits Fox
Run owners.
This property is taxed as
mostly wetlands. It remains to sort out these definitions,
address Zoning and Use with Tavares, and come to a plan
to improve this property. About 3 acres are now considered
buildable.
A Survey has been
developed that will give us guidance for how
many spaces, of what type and the need for storage in Fox Run.
Fox Run
owners, given the short notice move, may have moved to an
expensive situation. All
Fox Run owners are asked to complete this Survey.
As work progresses,
this website will be up-dated, and progress noted as things
begin to happen.

Today, our purchase of the
13 acres was completed and closed. Our continued
"Thanks" to the
Hollands for their cooperation. We look forward to Survey
results, meeting our new "neighbors", and
beginning with Tavares.

November 15, 2018
Dialog with Tavares is ongoing,
this land use seems to be doable, and locating the
wetlands, a primary step, has begun. We will bush hog
most of the dry land for access. Our wetlands and land
surveys, will tell us what can be utilized.

A Map showing
the results of the Wetlands
Survey was delivered today. Next is a boundary
survey locating these points more precisely and defining the useable property area.
Note that we have received 52 Fox owner Surveys.

December 14, 2018
Proposals for
the land survey work are in, a survey firm has been
selected and the field work will begin this month. We
look forward to survey drawings to support preliminary
design work for Fox Lots parking/storage.

January 4, 2019
The land
survey is completed and delivered. We now begin
conversation with Fox Run HOA Board, and investigation
of the isolated wetland (island) on property.
